THE GOD OF RWANDAN HUTU REFUGEES IN DRC NEVER SLEEPS: THE US APPOINTEE RUSS FEINGOLD HAS RESIGNED BEFORE HE COULD BOMB HUTUS AS HE HAD PLANNED

As a Rwandan refugees who fled Rwanda in 1994 as a toddler, I always take interest in what is happening on Rwandan refugees whether inside the African continent or beyond. But most importantly I follow closely what is happening on my brothers, sisters, uncles, grandparents, and siblings still living in the jungle of Eastern DRC and have been the target of western countries who feel that the presence of the Rwandan Hutu refugees in DRC interfere with their wider agenda of looting DRC. One of those countries that hates so much the Rwandan Hutu refugees wherever they are in the world is the US government. This is because the same government participated in killing Hutu refugees since 1990s when they supported the Tutsi rebellion to come and invade a peaceful country called Rwanda. One of the reasons US did so it was due to greed to loot the mineral rich DRC and it couldn’t have done so with a Hutu regime in Rwanda. That is why under Bill Clinton administration they invested heavily in removing the Hutu regime in Rwanda and making sure that Hutus in Rwanda are crushed to the last one so that they are sure of entrenching a Tutsi led new regime in Rwanda. 

IN JULY 1994 WHEN WE WERE FLEEING FROM THE RPF ONSLAUGHT AS MY DAD WAS HOLDING
MY HAND. I KNEW INSIDE ME WE WERE HEADING TO NOWHERE. HOWEVER MY DAD CONTINUED
CONSOLING ME WITH HIS VISIBLY EXHAUSTED VOICE THAT THING WILL BE FINE SOON
HOWEVER, SOON NEVER CAME.MY DAD WAS KILLED IN TINGITINGI IN 1997WHEREAS
MY MOM DIED IN MBANDAKA THREE MONTHS LATER AFTER MY DAD'S DEATH.
I CONTINUED TO THE UNKNOWN FROM MBANDAKA TO ENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC
AND LATER THE REFUGEE ORGANIZATION CALLED JVA DECIDED TO RESETTLE ME
AND MY HOST FAMILY TO OHIO, IN US. I LOST EVERYONE I LOVED MOST.

They succeeded to do so by also being involved actively in shooting down of the Rwandan presidential plane that was carrying two Hutu presidents Habyarimana Juvenal of Rwandan and Cyprian Ntaryamira of Burundi, which sparked the Rwandan genocide that caught the Clinton administration by surprise because is his wildest dream he had been lied to that if they assassinated Habyarimana Juvenal, only 50,000 of Tutsis could lose their lives and that could hand victory to the American supported RPF. However, things did not happened as they had envisioned it because things got out of control and 300,000 Tutsis lost their lives in the hands of Hutus who had feared for their lives after seeing the assassination of Habyarimana and had to take preventive majors against the assumed enemy, which in this case was any Tutsi. This was not true because some Tutsis did not know what was going on.

RWANDAN GENOCIDE THAT SAW MORE THAN 1 MILLION RWANDANS KILLED. 300,000 WERE TUTSIS AND
THE REST WERE HUTUS.

However the US, Uganda, Nyerere, RPF, and UK succeeded half because in the process the RPF killed more than 1 million Hutus in order to come to power. This was good for them because they reduced the number of Hutus and drove more than 4 million Hutus into exile. At 7 years of age I was part of this 4 million Hutus driven out of their motherland by the blood thirsty and coltan thirsty Americans and Westerners who were happy to see 4 millions of Africans go to live in exile as long as they achieved their objectives which was to take control of the Great Lakes region. From that time Hutu community in the region has suffered a lot in the hands of American governments from the Bill Clinton's era until now. Hutus have been reduced into the last specifies that deserve the right to exist whether in Rwanda or DRC. Hutus are hunted like Guinean pig under the American strategy to control the mineral rich Eastern DRC. 

 

MY GRANDFATHER NKURIYEKUBONA SURVIVED A TUTSI OLD HOE. HE WAS HIT IN THE HEAD BY THE RPF SOLDIERS WHO WANTED TO KILL HIM BECAUSE HE IS A HUTU. HERE WE HAD ARRIVED IN GOMA.
MY GRANDFATHER DID NOT SURVIVE FOR LONG BECAUSE OF INFECTION SINCE THERE WERE NO
ENOUGH MEDICATION. IN FACT THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION WAS DELAYING
RELIEF AID SAYING THAT WE WERE CRIMINALS. IN THE PROCESS MY GRANDPA DID
NOT ACCESS MEDICATION AND HE SUCCUMBED TO INJURIES INFLICTED ON HIM BY
THE RPF TUTSIS.HE WAS THE FIRST CASUALTY IN OUR FAMILY BUT MORE WAS
GOING TO COME.

Despite the fact that America has one of the best and mature democracy in the world, the American government does not want to see Rwanda and DRC enjoy the same basic ,civilian right to self-govern and determine their own future. It always interferes in regional internal affairs of the Great Lakes Region by deciding for us who should rule Rwandans and how Hutu people should be oppressed and at what level of suffering they have to endure. It is in this spirit that US government under President Obama that the former Senator Russ Feingold was appointed as the US special envoy to the Great Lakes region with a sole mission of making sure Hutu refugees in DRC and those in the country do not enjoy peace.

HE HAS INVESTED A LOT IN ILLEGAL MINING IN DRC AND BUILT A
BUSINESS OFFICE IN KIGALI RWANDA. HE HAS WORKED TIRELESSLY TO
MAKE SURE HUTU REFUGEES SUFFER. HE IS AFRAID THAT IN CASE
HUTUS ARE GIVEN DEMOCRATIC SPACE IN RWANDA THEY'D
COME BACK TO THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COUNTRY
AND HE WONT CONTINUE LOOTING DRC AS HE DOES TODAY

He was in charge of making sure that Hutu refugees living in Eastern DRC are exterminated using whatever possible mechanisms to kill women and children including but not limited to use drones to target specifically Hutu refugees in DRC and kill them in masses as it happened in 1996, 1997, 1998, 2003, and 2009 where thousands of Hutu women and children were raped by the Kagame's military men. Here we have to remind you that when US backed RPF soldiers are killing Hutus do not limit their killing spree on Rwandan Hutu refugees only but also they kill Congolese Hutus found in Masisi, Rutchuru, and Goma. Despite all American efforts to annihilate Hutus in DRC, its envoy Senator Russ Feingold resigns without achieving his ambitions of seeing the Hutu refugees under the protection of FDLR are absolutely annihilated.

Some Might Ask Why is Russ Feingold resigning as US envoy to the Great Lakes of Africa? 

The former US Senator’s apparent blind support for Kagame Junta might have become a career liability for Mr. Russ Feingold. We all know that the issue of the Rwandan Hutu refugees is too complex and cannot be solved by military might alone. It is more of a psychological conviction than a political issue. If all Hutus living in Rwanda were shown the way out of Rwanda, they would all leave Kagame and US inside Rwanda and join FDLR. This is because they all understand that the RPF regime was forced on them by the US might and have been living under oppression for over 20 years of a regime they are not part of. Apart from killing innocent Hutus and Tutsis who are opposed to the Kagame's regime, Mr. Russ Feingold had to keep on lying to the whole world that Kagame’s regime is not killing its own people and yet they are overwhelming evidences that the Tutsi regime is stuffing bodies of their victims in sacks and throw them into rivers across the country. 

IN 1997 RWANDAN HUTU REFUGEES WERE FERRIED BY RAILS LIKE SACKS FULL OF MANGOES. THEY WERE TAKEN TO VARIOUS CONCTRATED CAMPS WITHIN DRC TO BE SLAUGHTERED AND THE US SUPPORTED THAT. THE UNHCR WAS THE HAPPY THAT AS MANY HUTU REFUGEES WERE BEING SLAUGHTERED. THIS IS BECAUSE UN ALSO SUPPORTED THE KILLING OF HUTU REFUGEES.
MILLIONS OF HUTU REFUGEES FROM BOTH CONGO AND RWANDA WERE KILLED BY
RPF OF KAGAME UNDER KAYUMBA NYAMWASA, KABAREBE, AND KABILAS TROOPS.
I WAS NOW 9 YEARS WHEN WE WERE EMBARKED ON A TRAIN FROM KISANGANI TO UBUNDU.
HOWEVER, THE TRAIN DID NOT ARRIVE BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN MINED. IT EXPLORED FEW KILOMETERS FROM KISANGANI AND THOUSANDS OF HUTU REFUGEES DIED.

Another lie which might have shaken Mr. Russ Feingold is to continue telling the whole world that the FDLR is mainly composed by those who had participated in the 1994 Rwandan genocide and yet many media houses both local and international have visited the FDLR stronghold to hold interviews with FDLR fighters who are as young as 18 years old. How could you say that a Hutu who was born in the Congolese forest 18 years ago participated in the 1994 Rwandan massacre? Mr. Russ Feingold might have realized that the situation in that region is a more complex and probably overwhelming. It can only be solved by only one concoction of medicine, the all-inclusive political dialogue that should encompass all angles of both regional and Rwandan Hutu-Tutsi problem.

Some people are suggesting that you might have resigned because of your political ambitions. That is a good think. As someone who live in Ohio, US and went to school in US I understand the political system in USA. I read a lot about your achievement as a Senator for your people and for your country. When you were appointed to work on African Great Lakes region I was so happy that someone who values democratic institutions and peace is going to handle the Rwandan problem professionally. 

I put more hope in you that you would advise Mr. Obama the best way to solve the Rwandan problem. I even told my classmates that now the discussion over DRC-Rwanda-FDLR-M23 is going to be solved since Mr. Senator was going to have a say and bring in American democratic perspective. However, after your second and third press briefings I realized how wrong I was. I have no shame to tell you that you have brought shame to the American democratic ideals because you have put greed and dishonest forward instead of democracy and reconciliation. All Rwandans both Hutus and Tutsis will judge you harshly as someone who came to destroy Africans and widen division between Hutus and Tutsis during your tenure.

EST-CE QUE LA JOURNALISTE FRANCO-RWANDAISE PAULINE SIMONET FAIT PARTIE D'UNE NOUVELLE GENERATION TUTSI QUI VOUDRAIT ETABLIR UN ''EMPIRE HIMA" DANS LA REGION DES GRANDS LACS?

Le reportage de Pauline SIMONET que la chaîne de télévision française France 24 a diffusé jeudi soir sur une nouvelle rébellion burundaise n’en finit pas de faire couler beaucoup d’encre. Les réactions n’ont pas tardé d’affluer depuis la mise en ligne de ce reportage censuré par Bujumbura.

Si beaucoup condamnent la censure qui a frappé France 24 au Burundi, nombreux parmi ceux qui ont pu le visionner sur le Net sont restés sur leur soif, car le reportage n’apporte aucune preuve pour accréditer la réalité de cette rébellion sur le sol burundais.

On se demande dès lors si le reportage de France 24 ne serait qu’un produit d’une forme de « manipulation ». En effet, après visionnage de ce reportage, nombreuses questions restent sans réponses.

Un « Général » rwandophone sans véritables troupes

Les Burundais ou ceux qui connaissent bien le pays ont été surpris par l’accent rwandais du « Général Moïse ». On devine aisément qu’il n’a rien d’un Burundais et qu’il s’agit d’un Munyamulenge Tutsi rwandais du Congo, qui ne parle même pas le Français, chose surprenant pour un « Général burundais ». Il avoue d’ailleurs lui-même que dans ses « troupes » nombreux sont des anciens combattants du FPR rwandais !

On peut sans se tromper affirmer que les « troupes » du « Général Moïse » ne seraient en réalité qu’un des nombreux groupes armés de Banyamulenge opérant à l’Est du Congo, sinon une simple bande de « voleurs de vaches ». Dans le reportage on a vu que ses hommes guettaient en réalité le passage de troupeaux de vaches. Le reportage annonce que cette rébellion est composée de plus de 300 personnes, mais ne montre que quelques « combattants », en tout cas pas plus de 10. On ne voit ni munitions ni les troupes. On aurait aimé voir ces rebelles dansant, chantant ou en faisant des activités militaires, comme c’est souvent le cas dans ce genre de reportage. Comment cette rébellion a-t-elle pu rater une telle occasion de publicité sur une grande chaîne internationale ?

Manipulation journalistique ?

Les mauvaises langues disent que Pauline SIMONET, la journaliste de France 24 qui a réalisé ce reportage, est en réalité une amie intime d’Alexis SINDUHIJE, journaliste burundais, fondateur de la radio privée RPA, reconverti en politique comme président de MSD et aujourd’hui en Europe auprès de sa famille. On soupçonne même ce dernier d’être le « parrain » de ce mouvement rebelle FRONABU-Tabara du « Général Moïse ».

On est donc en droit de s’interroger sur l’objectivité de Pauline SIMONET dans le traitement de cette information. Si on ne va pas jusqu’à parler de faute professionnelle, on peut sans se tromper dire que Pauline SIMONET a voulu donner un « coup de pouce » à son ami Alexis SINDUHIJE. Dans son reportage, les compliments qu’elle n’a pas manqué de lancer à la RPA ne sont donc pas surprenant.

Pauline SIMONET raconte avoir eu l’idée du reportage lorsqu’une nouvelle rébellion FRONABU-Tabara a commencé à diffuser des communiqués sur Internet. Un contact s’est finalement établi, dit-elle et les rebelles lui ont donné leur accord alors qu’elle était encore en France, avant de s’envoler pour Bujumbura. Sachant que le Site Web sur lequel le fameux « Général Moïse » a donné sa première interview est basé en France et animé par un ancien officier d’ordonnance du président Ndadaye et oncle d’Alexis SINDUHIJE très actif dans les milieux de l’opposition basée en occident, il est très facile de deviner le fameux « contact » de Pauline SIMONET avec les « rebelles » ainsi que les véritables commanditaires de son reportage.

Envenimer les relations diplomatiques et mettre le feu dans la région ?

Les relations entre les deux pays risque fort de pâtir de ce reportage s’il s’avérerait que le Congo héberge réellement des rebelles qui se préparent à lancer une attaque d’envergure sur le Burundi, comme l’affirme le reportage. On apprend en outre par le reporter de France 24 qu’elle est entrée au Congo via le Burundi d’une façon clandestine, ne voulant pas être reconnue, pour y rencontrer des « rebelles burundais ».

On n’ose pas imaginer les conséquences diplomatiques entre le Burundi, la RDC et même la France si un malheur lui était arrivé dans les montagnes du Sud Kivu, puisqu’elle était entrée légalement sur le sol burundais et son voyage au Congo restant incognito. Fort heureusement elle est revenue saine et sauve, car dans le cas contraire c’était la naissance d’une nouvelle « affaire » que les détracteurs du pouvoir burundais auraient profité pour mettre une fois encore sur le dos de Bujumbura.

Ceux qui sont à l’origine de ce montage, qui mêle à la fois Groupuscule Banyamulenge, anciens combattant FPR et soi-disant « rébellion » burundaise, ont sûrement d’autres desseins cachés. Dans cette poudrière des Grands Lacs, une petite étincelle peut embraser toute la région. 

Pauline SIMONET en est-elle consciente ?

Reconstruction ou corruption ?

Un autre point soulevé dans le reportage c’est la corruption et le détournement des deniers publics par les tenants du pouvoir en place. Et pour illustrer son propos Pauline SIMONET a montré dans son reportage la construction de bâtiments dans la capitale burundaise et présentés comme étant le fruit de la dilapidation des caisses de l’Etat.

On n’est en droit de se demander si « toutes » les constructions en cours à Bujumbura appartiennent aux dignitaires du pouvoir. Le manque de sérieux du propos de Pauline SIMONET est flagrant lorsqu’on sait que parmi les constructions actuelles à Bujumbura, il y en a des hommes d’affaires burundais et autres investisseurs étrangers. Même des représentations diplomatiques à qui a été octroyé des parcelles, dont entre autres l’ambassade des USA, érigent actuellement des nouveaux bâtiments sur place. Est-ce le fruit de détournement ?

La multiplication de chantiers dans un pays n’est en aucun cas la preuve d’une corruption généralisée, mais au contraire le signe d’un dynamisme et d’une relance économique en cours dans un pays meurtri par des décennies d’une guerre qui a tout ravagé. Des écoles, hôpitaux, églises sont érigés partout dans le pays grâce aux travaux communautaires. De tous ces dividendes de la paix, Pauline SIMONET n’a rien montré dans son reportage.

Le reporter doit trouver mieux pour nous convaincre. Pauline SIMONET aurait-elle préféré filmer rien que des « taudis africains » comme d’habitude dans les reportages occidentaux sur le continent noir ?

Laissons une chance à la voie de la paix !

Sans nier les problèmes réels que connaît le Burundi – comme tant d’autres pays qui se relèvent d’une guerre sans merci et qui essaient tant bien que mal de répondre aux attentes immenses des populations meurtries et appauvries – nous estimons qu’il existe d’autres moyens de revendications que prôner un retour à la guerre. Le pouvoir en place peut être critiqué, mais il a le mérite d’avoir la légitimité populaire. Pauline SIMONET sait-elle ou oublie-t-elle que Pierre NKURUNZIZA est le premier Président démocratiquement élu ayant passé plus de trois mois au pouvoir depuis que ce pays existe. La tâche qui l’attend est immense, à la hauteur des attentes de la population.

Les maux que connaît le pays, il ne les a pas inventés, il les a trouvés sur place, après plus de quarante ans de dictature militaro-civile. Issu lui-même de la rébellion, il connaît les conséquences d’une guerre. Alors quand il prône la voie de la paix, il sait de quoi il parle. Laissons-lui le bénéfice du doute et attendons le moment du bilan pour juger !

Le reportage de France 24 a eu le mérite de braquer, l’espace de quelques minutes, les projecteurs sur le Burundi, mais le parti pris de sa journaliste et la subjectivité de son reportage ont fort déçu nombreux de ceux qui connaissent bien les réalités de ce pays.
