However, you relied on your American politics and influential connections which blinded you to see what would be a successful peace mission in the Great Lakes region where you are representing US-UN interests. Before I continue my letter to enlighten you on the issues of FDLR, RPF, and other rebel groups in the region I would advise you to attend my PEA111 course. This is an introductory course in peacebuilding process in Africa of which continues to be a mystery to you and your government. 

Why am I saying that your recent statement ion FDLR is reckless? because, after spending all these months imbued in our conflict as someone designated to promote peace in the Great lakes Region you should have done better, but still, you as blind as you came to this region. Shooting FDLR is doing the same things your friend Paul Kagame and your US government have been doing over the last 25 years. First, you supported Kagame to attack and kill Hutus in Rwanda. Your hopes were to kill as many Hutus as you could. That one you achieved and you got power in Rwanda. You and Kagame have been ruling Rwanda

but I wonder whether you have ever wondered why FDLR still exists and stronger than ever before. Have you wondered why more than 60% of all Rwandan youth see FDLR as their heroes and have urge to join FDLR? God and ask once you unravel that mystery then you will understand why you don’t know what you are doing. Because FDLR is not those elements in DRC. FDLR is 80% of all Rwandans. It has been before your coming to DRC and sleeping in Kigali and it will continue being there after you have gone back to your home, because FDLR is a Rwandan issue and you will leave it with Rwandans. Therefore, the solution to FDLR is not bring drones and ammunitions but letting Rwandans talk about their shit, because we know where the problem lies and we have the solution. In your campaign to exterminate Hutus in the region you did all the possible but still God of Hutus is still with them.

FDLR stood in your way to prevent you and your man Kagame kill all of us. I am now an adult man, educated, professional, and healthy because FDLR protected me. They prevented you and your man Kagame exterminate us. By the way I am one in millions of Rwandans who share the same story. That is why FDLR is forever whether you like it or not because FDLR is not just people who are in the DRC forest but Rwandans. 

LET ME OFFER MR RUSS FEINGOLD A FREE SOLUTION TO THE RWANDAN CRISIS

The Rwandan Tutsi-Hutu problem is much older than your country America. Therefore it is much older than Mr. Russ. This means that Rwandans themselves know the solution of their problem because it is historical. You guys from the west you see problems in Africa

and you think you have solutions then you bring your ignorance to Africa to make the situation worse than you found it. If you think I am lying ask your fellow white woman Mary Robinson. Has she solved the DRC conflict? She is now back to NY because that is where she belongs. She has no solution to the Great Lakes Region's political problems, so don’t you. However, all is not lost in your adventure. I have some ideas from peacebuilding background and more from professional world. Some of my solutions might be very uncomfortable for you because they will be asking some questions and provide you with answers to help you understand better the complexity of the Rwandan problem. I know white people you always think of highly of you and hate to be asked questions by black people, especially if you are a republican. Because Americans think they know everything and forget that African problems are as unique as our skin color so are our solutions. 

Rwandans people are liars by nature, especially Tutsis. If you think I am lying to you go and read a book written by one of your people. I mean another Whiteman Pierre Pean, called "les noirs fureur et les Blanc menteurs: (Black Furies, White Liars) Rwanda 1990-1994. In this book you will learn a lot about Rwanda and the region. I suggest when you are in your hotel in Kigali to pick one of these copies and read for yourself. This means that you will never learn anything truthful from Kigali that will help you unravel the complexity of the Rwandan problem. I know you sleep in Kigali often as the so called a peacemaker have you ever contemplated of visiting the FDLR so that you hear from them? Have your ever had any personal talks with some trusted Rwandan politicians in opposition such as TWAGIRAMUNGU Faustin so that you learn more from him that you don’t know about Rwanda and FDLR? If your answer is no then I cannot admit you in one of my courses on peacebuilding in Rwanda because you have already failed basic peacebuilding steps. 

Another thing I would like to bring to your attention is the issue of shooting at FDLR. Who is an FDLR member and who is not in Eastern DRC? Majority of the people who

live in Masisi and Rutchuru are Hutus of Rwandan origin. They all love FDLR because they share the same ideology of freedom. Are you going to order your men to shoot at this people again as the way you have done in Byumba and Ruhengeri (1990), Kigali (1994), Kibeho (1995), Rutchuru, Gicanga. Kibumba, Kiwanja, Sake, Masisi, and Walikale (1996.97, 98) and other numerous times you asked Kagame to shoot and kill Hutus. I hope all Hutus in the world we are tired of your nonsense of biased justice and continue killing our children without justice. 805 of Rwandans are members of FDLR in their hearts, 90% of Hutus outside of Rwanda are members of FDLR in actions and you still think that a solution to Rwandan problems is to shoot and kill innocent Hutus?
